01Acceptance of Terms

By launching, playing, or otherwise using Desert Storm — Dune Fever ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Game. By crossing the dunes in Desert Storm, you brave the heat and accept these terms.

02License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
• Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.
• Use the Game's content, assets, or branding in any other product.

03Game Content

All visual elements, sounds, characters, gameplay mechanics, text, and code in DESERT STORM are the property of the Game's creators and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No fish, item, or visual element acquired in the Game has any real-world monetary value.

04Fair Play

You agree to play the Game in a fair and lawful manner. You will not:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Attempt to interfere with the Game's normal operation or compromise its security.
• Use the Game in any way that could harm other players or third parties.

05No Real-Money Gambling

DESERT STORM is a casual entertainment game. It does not involve real money, real prizes, or any form of gambling. Scores and catches are purely for fun and have no cash value.

06Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of DESERT STORM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including loss of progress, data, or device performance.
